Sara Babineaux
Sara is a trial and appellate associate who represents clients in a wide variety of general business and complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty and partnership disputes, securities fraud, and trademark infringement. Sara has represented individuals, corporations, and other entities in federal courts, state courts, and alternative dispute-resolution forums across the country.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Amos Mazzant III of the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division, and interned for the Honorable Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. Sara also practiced at a top-tier law firm in Dallas.
Sara attended Baylor Law School, where she received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Full-Tuition Scholarship and graduated cum laude. During her time at Baylor Law, Sara was a semi-finalist at the National Trial Competition, which attracts teams from more than 140 law schools and involves more than 1,000 law students each year. Sara also served as a notes and comments editor for the Baylor Law Review and was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society, the school’s appellate advocacy association.
