Kassi Yukevich
Kathryn (Kassi) Yukevich is a versatile litigator focused on helping individuals and businesses solve their most difficult problems. She has represented corporations, non-profit organizations, and individuals in federal and state courts across the country in a range of areas, including breach of contract claims, securities fraud and insider trading allegations, breach of fiduciary duty and partnership disputes, white-collar criminal defense matters, trust and estate litigation, and complex constitutional law, civil rights, and voting rights cases. She has expertise managing all aspects of civil litigation, including day-to-day strategy, drafting complaints, offensive and defensive discovery, motions practice, oral arguments, court conferences, and jury trials.
Prior to joining the firm, Kassi was an associate at top-tier law firms in Washington, D.C. and Dallas. She also served as Counsel to then-U.S. Senator Kamala D. Harris, where she was part of a small team that helped prepare the Senator for several high-profile hearings, including a U.S. Supreme Court confirmation and the first impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump. Kassi began her career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Todd E. Edelman for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Kassi attended Harvard Law School where she received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership and served as Managing Editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. She also represented indigent individuals charged with a variety of misdemeanors through the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute.
